The front office was eager to help us work on a replacement option today - Christinas efforts saved our family both time and cost!! I just switched to using Grandview Vision just this year and my experience was perfect. I spoke with Kaelyn previous to my visit, she gathered my information and had me set so when I arrived for my first visit I just had to check in. She took care of my insurance information and everything. I waited for a very short time then had my screening. I looked at their selection of frames picked out what I wanted and had my glasses a few days after. I was very pleased at how easy and quick it was. This will be my new vision center. In and out.

I got to my appointment and they were able to get me in immediately, everyone there was so friendly. The appointment was quick and easy and I could tell the young lady working there knew what she was doing. Great first experience.

I'd never been to an eye doctor before but wanted to get some baseline testing done after my father was diagnosed with glaucoma. Everyone was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful for someone like me who had no idea what to expect. They were thorough but didn't waste my tine and they ended up being less expensive than they estimated, which was already very reasonable.

I have been a customer of this center in its new location on Third Avenue, Columbus, and am very pleased with their services. The people there are very friendly and helpful, and the work they do is top notch. Dr. Kramer is first class.

Glasses have to be set aside for cleaning after trying them on but the staff had no problem letting me try on plenty of pairs. They even helped me find a slightly larger pair which is service I've never even seen before at a vision center. The selection of glasses is excellent as well, plenty of designs for all face shapes. It seems like a great local business and I'm glad they seem to be making it through covid!

Grandview Vision was EXCELLENT. I went for an eye exam bc I was having weird visual issues (turned out to be migraines) and the doctor gave me an amazing super thorough exam and they had this crazy machine that looked at my entire eyeball or something (one of the few in country?) I also got two pairs of frames for an amazing price and they were ready in a couple of days since they make all of the glasses in house! I'm so happy I went there they resolved my vision issues, gave me an update prescription, and I look fab in my new frames! I had such a great experience and I will go here for all of my vision needs from here on out!

I started going to Grandview Vision Center shortly after they opened because of the convenient location to my work and home. I continue to go back because of the friendly/ professional staff and the ever changing and stylish selection of frames! (I just purchased my third pair from them!!!) Incredible service and amazing staff

As a 26 year old, I made my FIRST EVER visit to the optometrist. I've never had any problems with my vision, so I've just never gone to the eye doctor before... Now that I have full vision coverage, I figured it was time to go. Dr. Kramer was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I also had a very unique first experience at the eye doctor that further cemented my admiration for this clinic. I am very squeamish and known for passing out, so when Dr. Kramer gave me the numbing eye drops for the glaucoma test, I ended up fainting. It was due to nothing that she did wrong -- again, I am known to pass out over stuff like this! Dr. Kramer and the rest of her office staff (Hanna and Greg) reacted quickly and calmly, fetching nurses from the Urgent Care located next door to help out. They were very kind and compassionate and did everything they could to keep me comfortable and safe, including running across the street to Giant Eagle to buy me some orange juice and providing me with a granola bar to get my blood sugar back up. I was very thankful to have such caring, calm people present to deal with the situation - not everyone would have handled it with such grace and level-headedness.

Since I only got halfway through the exam before passing out, Dr. Kramer invited me to come back another time to finish the exam (this time without applying any of the eye drops). She did not charge me for coming back to finish the exam, and she even waived the usual $25 fee for the high tech photos that allowed us to view the inside of my eyes since she couldn't do the tests that require eye drops.

I highly recommend going to Grandview Vision Care! Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and you have the added security of knowing that if you ever pass out in their office, they will know exactly what to do! :)
